Is shopping here safe for my financial information?
Credit card purchases require personal information on an SSL-protected website. SSL encrypts orders before sending them to the credit card company's secure network. Bubble Gun Co does not save payment card data.

Orders are usually handled within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Location determines shipment time. Send your name and order number to info@bubblegunco.com.
What if I typed the wrong address or information?
Change your address at info@bubblegunco.com or +1 270-257-6609. We'll modify your name, email, or physical address.
Can I return a defective product? What if something goes wrong?
Please contact us within 60 days if you receive a damaged item, find a shipment issue, or if a purchased item does not meet your expectations. Keep the product tag, box, and packing. If you're dissatisfied with our services, you must pay to return the item or goods. Your money will be transferred in the same way.

Order processing takes 24 hours. Cancel your order at info@bubblegunco.com within 24 hours to avoid charges. Cancellations after 24 hours or after shipment may incur a 10% restocking fee and return shipping fees.
